日本油气官员表示当前石油投资风险较小精密冲床

据道琼斯5月21日消息，日本石油天然气和矿物资源部门负责人Takayuki Sumita表示，与过去几年相比，当前油价的波动幅度变小，因此石油开发的投资风险较小。他表示：“沙特已经停止充当调节石油产量生产国的角色，相反，美国页岩油生产商们正在无意之中扮演这个角色。他们的行为是基于市场价格。”布伦特原油价格从100美元/桶之上大幅下挫至去年下半年的50美元/桶，不过当前已反弹至约65美元/桶的水平。石油价格的大幅下挫部分是因为全球最大石油生产国之一的沙特放弃了其长期以来减产保价的战略。油价的持续低迷已经迫使美国页岩油生产商削减产量，但是一旦油价重新反弹至赢亏平衡点之上，这些生产商将重新恢复产量。

ICE Brent crude is now around $65 a barrel after plummeting from above $100/bbl to near $50/bbl in the second half of 2014. The drop came partly because Saudi Arabia, one of the world's biggest oil producers, departed from its long-time strategy of cutting production to support oil prices. Prolonged weakness in oil prices has forced U.S. shale producers to reduce output. But they tend to restart operations as soon as prices come back above break-even point.
